IMPORTANT UPDATE

To our dear patients and friends

You, like all of our patients, are part of our family at Dental Studio. And, just like you, keeping our family safe and healthy during this challenging time is our first concern. In order to protect your overall health as well as your oral health, we have taken the following measures.

Practice closure and postponing all routine appointments:

With latest government guidance around Covid-19, the practice is now closed until further notice and cannot provide any treatment, even in an emergency.  Contrary to the housing minister’s announcement on Sunday 29th March, dental practices have NOT been issued with the correct personal protective equipment to safely see and treat patients.

All routine appointments have been suspended or rebooked.

We’re still here to help

Ensuring you are cared for is a duty that the whole practice team takes very seriously. Rest assured we will provide all possible assistance that is safe and in line with government guidance.

If you are experiencing a dental emergency our dentists, health permitting, will do their best to provide advice over the phone and direct you to an NHS emergency centre when open if absolutely necessary.

Please call our normal practice number and you will be given a direct telephone number to call should you have a dental emergency. Please note that this will be for triage or advice only during the hours of 10am – 12pm (Midday) Monday to Friday.

We cannot stress any more how important you are to us, not just as a business but personally. Please do everything you can to keep yourselves and those around you safe. Do not take unnecessary risks and for the moment stay indoors wherever possible.

Dear patients and friends

Firstly, we sincerely hope you are all keeping safe and well.
 
We want to keep you all updated, In line with the department of health national guidelines in relation to limiting social contact and in accordance with the ‘delay’ phase of the coronavirus pandemic, we want to assure you we are continuing to work hard to protect you and our teams.
 
We have taken the decision to provide an ‘Urgent and Emergency Care’ service only.
 
We are also making every effort to limit contact in our waiting rooms and reception areas. To support this, when awaiting for urgent/emergency dental care we have two waiting rooms to comfortably accommodate you or if you would prefer you can remain in your car until our clinical teams are ready for you. If you call us to let us know you have arrived (parked), we can then call you back when we are ready to take you straight through to the treatment room.
 
Can we ask that you always call us in advance of attending practice for advice. Please attend your emergency appointments on your own wherever possible.
 
Our dedicated team will continue to be here to take your calls and respond to any emails. Should you have any concerns, wish to seek dental advice or indeed feel anxious or concerned about this situation do not hesitate to contact us.
 
Thank you for your full co-operation and most importantly please stay safe, we will all very much look forward to welcoming you back with open arms in the near future.

COVID-19 PATIENT UPDATE

With COVID-19 developing in so many countries around the world, our commitment is always to adhere to the strictest of  Public Health England advice, and the protocols advised by local and international authorities.

The well-being of our patients, our associates and our staff is our absolute priority, and you can be assured that health and safety has our complete attention before COViD-19 even existed.

All of our team members are fully aware of the current requirements and are continuing to undertake our normal high levels of health and safety procedures to ensure that the highest possible infection control standards are maintained, throughout every aspect of our day at Dental Studio.

We will be following developments on a daily basis with intense scrutiny.

If you have travelled recently or been in contact with someone who has contracted the virus then please ensure you follow the government guidance and seek advice from NHS 111 if you have any concerns.
